Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility Overview
Paid course seats may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of recorded materials or attended more than one live lab, per Korean consumer protection practice for distance contracts.
2. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when cancellation is requested within 14 days and usage thresholds above are not exceeded. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where disclosed at checkout.
3. Partial Refunds
After the 14-day window or if materials were substantially accessed, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on remaining cohort weeks. Administrative fee up to 10% may apply.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed certificates, downloadable template packs marked non-refundable, and third-party exam vouchers are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with order reference, course name, and reason. We confirm within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellations by Easeo Digital
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel or equipment.
7. Consumer Rights (KR)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations. For disputes, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency or local consumer centers.
